Educate Innovate Inspire Consulting, LLC was established through a partnership that would profoundly shape our approach to leadership and team building. This journey began when Dr. Ryan Sanders met his former business partner, Rev. Ronald Peirson, a Lutheran minister celebrated for his expertise in conflict resolution. Ron had founded a conflict resolution consulting company in 1990 invited Ryan to join him in 2010.

Ron possessed a remarkable intuition that enabled him to assist individuals in articulating feelings and thoughts that often remained unexpressed, even to themselves. His deep empathy and commitment to the well-being of those grappling with the complexities of self-reflection and communication empowered clients to uncover the root causes of their conflicts and work towards meaningful resolutions.

Despite Ron's exceptional skills, he encountered a recurring challenge, one that might be familiar to many: sustaining the changes achieved during his interventions. Conflicts often resurfaced after he had moved on, prompting him to seek out a partner who could help. Recognizing Ryan’s inclination to identify patterns in various contexts, Ron invited him to join him as a Partner at his consulting practice. This collaboration launched a transformative journey that supported Ryan's research on the factors influencing effective leadership development.

For the past 15 years, Ryan has diligently gathered data and insights, culminating in a doctoral dissertation at Temple University which now sets the strategic direction for our consulting practice. Although Ron has since passed away, this work stands as a tribute to the invaluable lessons he imparted and the many leadership challenges he helped solve. We are committed to honoring his legacy through the ongoing mission of Educate Innovate Inspire Consulting, LLC.
