As Founder, Managing Director, and Senior Consultant at Educate Innovate Inspire Consulting, Dr. Ryan Sanders has expertise in business management, organizational leadership, community and economic development, international affairs, and higher education to help organizations improve performance and achieve sustainable success.

Ryan has a nuanced understanding of the challenges in managing employees, time, and financial resources. His experience is both theoretical and practical, shaped by leadership roles across sectors. As Managing Director of Red Lion Development Corporation, a real estate investment firm, he oversaw strategic and financial operations, guided capital investment planning, developed acquisition strategies, and worked with financial institutions and civic leaders to expand commercial and residential holdings.

Ryan has worked at the Republican Governors Association, the Republican Leadership Council, the European Commission, and the Government Accountability Office. His commitment to leadership and service was further demonstrated when he ran for the U.S. Congress, advocating for accountability, economic development, civic engagement, community safety, and strong constituent services. His community involvement includes serving as President of the Red Lion Area Business Association and on the Board of Directors for the York County Economic Development Corporation, contributing to local business and civic initiatives.

Education is a passion for Ryan, investing in developing future leaders. He taught international business at the Lerner College of Business and Economics at University of Delaware, where he was also Faculty Director for international education programs. Previously, he has taught political science, international relations, and leadership at York College of Pennsylvania and Harrisburg Area Community College.

His research focuses on organizational behavior, leadership, and team development. His doctoral dissertation examined strategies for improving corporate training, reflecting his dedication to applying scientific approaches in the real world. Ryan’s executive experience, academic expertise, and community engagement enables him to guide organizational success, build stronger leaders, and foster collaboration.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in history, political science, and international studies from Dickinson College, a Master’s degree in international relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a Doctor of Business Administration in organizational leadership from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. He is also a certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
