Dr. Caroline Swift is an assistant professor of operations management in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. She received her Ph.D. in supply chain and information systems from The Pennsylvania State University. She also holds a B.S. and an MBA in accounting and operations management and has work experience in tax accounting and financial management. Dr. Swift teaches a range of courses in operations management and business analytics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Her research focuses on sustainable supply chain management and business pedagogy, with a particular interest in innovative teaching practices.
