Leadership Development Concentrated Workshop: This is a fully self-directed course. This course will give you insight into what you might need to do to achieve your desired results at work and what your team might need to adjust to improve performance. If you are looking to learn how to unlock your leadership potential using our evidence-based program but have a limited budget this course is for you. You will be introduced to the foundational tools of leadership: Self-Awareness, Communications Skills, Mental Resilience, and Accountability.
You will then take those tools and submit a plan for how to apply the course lessons to your unique leadership skills and career goals. We will provide you with feedback on this plan and give you ideas on how you might implement it. Our team is available to answer questions about the course and clarify anything you might need. If you need deeper coaching on how to develop your plan or execute it we can set up a coaching session.
Access to the online platform is granted for three months per user for the Leadership Development Concentrated Workshop. All course work should be completed within that time. Any requests for extensions will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.
