Ryan S. Sanders, DBA, MA, CSSBB, Founder and Managing Director of Educate Innovate Inspire Consulting, has been appointed Assistant Professor of International Business at Temple University Japan. Dr. Sanders will teach courses on global studies, political economy, international business dynamics, and leadership.
Dr. Sanders holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, an MA in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a BA in History, Political Science, and International Studies from Dickinson College. He is a certified Myers‑Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
His research centers on organizational behavior, leadership, and team development. His doctoral dissertation explored strategies to improve corporate training, reflecting his commitment to applying evidence‑based approaches to organizational challenges. With more than 15 years of college‑level teaching experience, Dr. Sanders has taught comparative politics, international relations, leadership, and business studies at institutions of higher learning, including the University of Delaware and York College of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Sanders’s appointment takes effect August 15, 2026. He will be based on the Kyoto campus.
